Two service members from PSFB tee up a chance to qualify in Armed Forces Golf Championship
Two members of Patrick Space Force Base are selected to represent the Department of the Air Force as they compete in the qualifying round for the 2024 Armed Forces Golf Tournament and Championship. The competition, which takes place from March 4-15, 2024, is being held at the Manatee Cove Golf Course located on PSFB.

Oct. 7, 2023 - In a head-to-head battle through 18, France’s Pauline Stein and USA’s Melanie De Leon of Fort Cavazos, Texas forced a championship playoff at the Admiral Baker Golf Course at Naval Base San Diego, Calif on Friday.

Oct. 6, 2023 - After three days under the sun at Admiral Baker Golf Course, France’s Pauline Stein (-1) jumped ahead of the Americans to take the spot in the women’s leaderboard on Thursday with a one stroke advantage over USA’s Melanie De Leon (E).

Oct. 5, 2023 - Two days of beautiful weather were not the only dominate fixture at the Admiral Baker Golf Course in San Diego, Calif. After two rounds of play, U.S. Men and Women Golf Teams jumped out in front of the competition behind solid play.

Sept. 25, 2023 - Air Force Men dominated the tournament, as the Air Force Women’s team repeats as champions during the 2023 Armed Forces Golf Championship held at the Admiral Baker Golf Course on Sunday, September 24.

Sept. 16, 2022 - Despite rain delays on the first day of competition, the clouds cleared the way for dominate performances by the Air Force women and Army men’s golf teams during the four-day Armed Forces Championship at the Fort Belvoir Golf Course from September 11-14.

2020 Armed Forces Sports Championships Cancellations
April 10, 2020 - As leadership continues to monitor the current COVID-19 guidance from the Department of Defense and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, the Armed Forces Sports Council has made the decision to cancel all Armed Forces Sports Championships and events through September 30, 2020.

Staff Sgt. Ian Milne, a special operations civil affairs recruiter stationed at Fort Bliss, Texas, recently returned from playing golf with the U.S. Armed Forces Golf Team at the 7th International Military Sports Council Military World Games held Oct. 18-27 in Wuhan Province, China.
Dec. 6, 2019 - Staff Sgt. Ian Milne recently took his place among the world’s elite military athletes during the 7th International Military Sports Council Military World Games.

Sept. 7, 2018 - On top of the podium once again, the U.S. Armed Forces Women’s Golf team dominated the competition for their second straight gold with the U.S. men registering a solid performance to earn silver behind team Germany at the 12th Conseil International du Sport Militaire (CISM) World Military Golf Championship at the Münster Tinnen Golf Club in Münster, Germany from August 26 to September 2.
