Army defeats Marines in game four action

Army Spc. Vanessa Laminson of Fort Bliss, Texas scored 16 as Army defeated  Marine Corps 103-19 in game-four during day-two of the 2016 Armed Forces Women’s Basketball Championship at the Chaparral Fitness Center at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland AFB, Texas on July 2nd.

Navy faces Marine Corps and Army faces Air Force in day-three action on July 3rd. 

The 2016 Armed Forces Championship format consists of double round robin play, where each team faces one another twice for seeding.  The top two best records will face one another in the championship match to claim the 2016 Armed Forces crown.
