July 12, 2024 - Growing up in the lakefront city of Milwaukee, Christyn Gaa could shoot hoops, dribble a soccer ball and hit softballs. Years later, while studying nursing at Marquette University, she even joined an intramural basketball squad.

July 8, 2024 - Nicholas Sterghos faced a crossroads in his athletic career. During his first two years at the U.S. Military Academy, multiple fractures, aches and ankle injuries contributed to him missing time running with the Black Knights’ cross country and track teams from 2005-2006.

Sailor wins seventh Army Forces Triathlon, as Navy dominates the field

June 30, 2024 - Navy Lt. Cmdr. Kyle Hooker raised his arms as he won his seventh Armed Forces Triathlon championship on an overcast day at Point Mugu Beach Saturday.
