Air Force dominates 2022 Armed Forces Men’s Softball Championship

Aug. 28, 2022 - Air Force defeated host Army in the championship game 16-8, to capture their second straight Armed Forces Men’s Softball Championship at MG Dinges Sports Complex here at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.

Air Force closes out day two with a victory over Marine Corps in the 2022 Armed Forces Sports Men's Softball Championship hosted by Army at Fort Sill, Okla. Championship features teams from the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, and Air Force.

Aug. 27, 2022 - Tech. Sgt. Derek Lambertson of Hurlburt Field, Fla. knocked in five runs to lift Air Force over Marine Corps in their final game of the day two of the 2022 Armed Forces Men’s Softball Championship. The victory over the Marines helped Air Force maintain their lead after the second round of the triple round robin played here at Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
