Four Army players reach double digists as Army defeated Air Force 78-66 in game-12 of the 2016 Armed Forces Women’s Basketball Championship at the Chaparral Fitness Center at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland AFB, Texas on July 6th.
With Army’s win over Air Force, Navy advances to the Championship Game on July 7th. Air Force will face Marine Corps in the Consolation Game.
The 2016 Armed Forces Championship format consists of double round robin play, where each team faces one another twice for seeding. The top two best records will face one another in the championship match to claim the 2016 Armed Forces crown.
