Mali defeats USA 4-0

Mali defeated the U.S. Armed Forces Men’s Soccer 4-0 team during the 2017 Conseil International du Sport Militaire (CISM) World Football Cup pool play at the Seeb Stadium on January 19 in in Muscat, Oman. 

Mali controlled the game early scoring three goals in the first half.  

With the U.S. unable to get on the scoring board, Mali scored their final goal to end the contest.

USA faces Ieland and Qatar will go up against Mali on Saturday 21 January to wrap up pool play.  Ireland fell to Qatar in today's match-up 3-0, which allows both Mali and Qatar to advance to the knockout phase.
