Air Force Major Ian Holt, a member of the U.S. Armed Forces Cycling Team and Air Force World Class Athlete, is competing at the UCI Track Cycling World Championship in London on March 4, 2016. Holt was selected to the 9-person U.S. team by USA Cycling.
