Marine Cpl Ivan Sears prepares for the 100m Wheelchair race of the 2013 CISM Open Integrated/Para Track and Field Championship in Warendorf, Germany 9-16 September. Sears captured four golds overall in the 100m, 200m, 1500m, and seated shotput.
