Army athlete throwing javelin toward Tokyo Olympics
U.S. Army Spc. Avione Allgood throws the javelin for 4th place  in the CISM Military World Games track and field competition Oct. 25, 2019. She threw 52.68 meters, missing bronze by 5 centimeters.
Oct. 25, 2019 - Spc. Avione Allgood missed a medal by centimeters in China at the Military World Games and ended up finishing in fourth place Oct. 25.

Applications must contain times and/or distances from sanctioned USA Track and Field or NCAA competitions within the last 18 months.  The times and distances below are the standards for consideration to participate in the 7th CISM Military World Games.  Priority will be given to athletes achieving the ‘A’ Standards.  The ‘B’ Standards will serve as the minimum standards for applications.  Applicants who fail to meet the minimum standards will not be considered.
